Group Therapy

Rate: $175-$210 per session

Length: 53 - 90 Minutes

Our DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) group offers structured, skills-based support for individuals seeking practical tools to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and reduce problematic behaviors.

Trained clinicians lead our group and focus on the four core areas of DBT: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

DBT groups are ideal for those struggling with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, mood disorders, or difficulty navigating relationships. Participants gain valuable coping strategies through a classroom-like setting and support from others on a similar path toward greater balance and self-understanding.

General Consultation

Juan approaches his work through an anti-oppressive lens and embraces an anti-gatekeeping philosophy toward knowledge. Graduate school didn’t cover everything—like how to start a private practice, explore different career paths, or navigate the realities of entering the field.

That’s why Juan offers affordable consultations for new therapists or anyone thinking about private practice, unsure about their role, or needing help with licensing and exam. Consultations start at $50, with tiered pricing based on your licensure level.

No commitment needed—just reach out to Juan to get started.
