Common topics discussed during these calls may include the kind of support you're seeking, what’s bringing you to therapy, discussing the therapist’s approach, any questions you may have, and details about scheduling and billing. Select the “Book Now” button to get started.

Yes, we do. We accept insurance to cover costs related to therapy including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Choice, Cigna, Evernorth, UnitedHealthCare, Aetna, and USHIP-Student Resources.
You can also find more information about billing under the “Services” page.
While we can assist with verifying your benefits, please note that the cost for therapy is determined by your insurance provider. We encourage you to contact your provider directly to discuss your coverage and plan in detail.
-
During your first session, your therapist will get to know you by asking about your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy. It's a chance to start building connection and shaping a plan that fits your needs.
This is also an opportunity for you to ask your therapist questions about the therapy process.
It’s also normal to experience a range of emotions or feelings when starting therapy. Please know that this is a natural part of the process.
