You can schedule an appointment by calling our main office or book directly with your therapist.

It’s completely normal to have different feelings and emotions as you get started including feeling nervous a/o excited.
If you’re new to therapy, expect a supportive and non-judgmental space where your therapist will listen, ask questions to help you explore your feelings, and work with you to develop a plan. It’s a collaborative process focused on your needs.
