We can provide an insurance verification to help you understand what costs to expect, if that information is available from your insurance provider.

Sessions are roughly 50-53 minutes long, depending on the service.

It’s completely normal to have different feelings and emotions as you get started including feeling nervous a/o excited.
If you’re new to therapy, expect a supportive and non-judgmental space where your therapist will listen, ask questions to help you explore your feelings, and work with you to develop a plan. It’s a collaborative process focused on your needs.
